Absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff during my city trip. They had a great selection of amenities, including an iron and ironing board, and taxis were always at the ready. the location was perfect, within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. The stunning view of the surroundings was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience.

Although I appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the room, the bed was quite firm and uncomfortable, and there seemed to be a lack of towels and amenities for two guests. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, with certain dishes not as tasty as we had hoped.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the area and everything was within walking distance. The service was exceptional and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi. The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views and delicious meals at a reasonable price. We also appreciated the extra touches, like the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance offered by the hotel.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
